Yes, it's true you can now get a 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage at an interest rate under 4%.  This is the best time to buy or refinance that we have seen in over 40 years.

In some cases we are seeing rates as low as 2.875% if you are willing to lock the rate in for a shorter period, such as 5 to 7 years.

Many of our clients are going to 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages in order to build equity faster and pay their house off sooner!  A recent client received a 3.25% 15 Year Fixed Rate Loan.  The payment was basically the same as his old 5.25% 30 Year Fixed Rate!!!
